Hi! I'm Bianca,
I am the co-founder of Corporate Resilience Advantage and a trauma therapist based in Windsor, Ontario, with over 10 years of community experience prior to building and scaling my Group Practice in the Windsor-Essex community focusing on high performers, executives and leaders. This has given me first hand exposure to the mental health concerns in various corporate and front line settings witnessing many stress leaves, inability to perform at work due to heightened stress / health concerns and insight to trends/patterns in highly preventable issues. I have seen how this has impacted both employee and leadership alike.
I have experience teaching Psychology at the post-secondary level and prior experience coaching for international organizations such as Trauma Institute International and Arizona Trauma Institute. I am currently a corporate facilitator for two international EAP programs.
Im my therapy practice I specialize in complex trauma, toxic stress, and emotional health while bringing a Salutogenic lens focusing on strengths, resilience, and well-being rather than deficits in the human experience. This standard has attracted a unique caseload of highly intelligent, hard working individuals that despite "knowing all the things" it is not always easy to integrate, especially when work stress creeps into personal life. I love working with teachers, nurses, engineers, physicians, first responders and allied health professionals.
My expertise includes nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, memory reconsolidation and parts work offering deeply embodied learning beyond traditional talk therapy techniques. This helps facilitate a true sense of change from the inside, out.
With a warm, non-judgmental style using humour, reliability and real life examples, I leads experiential workshops that help individuals and teams cultivate stability, connection, and self-awareness. My approach blends psychoeducation with hands-on regulation techniques, making wellness practical and accessible. This isn't your typical lunch and learn.
As a facilitator I am committed to helping participants move from stress to grounded presence so they can lead with resilience, clarity, and compassionate confidence in their personal and workplace lives.
I exceptionally enjoy working with leadership and administration understanding the pressure, stress and unique challenges that come with leading a team.

Hello, I’m Mika Tomac,
The co-founder of Corporate Resilience Advantage, a consulting and training company dedicated to helping organizations build resilient, healthy workplaces. With more than 30 years of experience in mental health, trauma, and trauma-informed care, I bring both clinical expertise and practical insight to the unique challenges modern workplaces face. My approach is warm, evidence-based, and practical, giving organizations the tools to move beyond coping to truly thriving with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Registered Nurse (CNO), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA), and hold the CNP (Canadian Nurse Psychotherapist) designation. My training includes advanced study in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with Pat Ogden and Internal Family Systems (IFS), working toward full certification through the IFS Institute. Over the years, I have worked with individuals and organizations to navigate stress, trauma, and the overwhelm that can come with change while fostering environments where people feel safe, valued, and capable of thriving.
At Corporate Resilience Advantage, we specialize in workplace wellness workshops, lectures, and seminars designed to strengthen resilience and emotional well-being. These sessions are available as engaging one-hour “Lunch & Learn” talks, half-day intensives, or full-day training programs that are designed to help leaders and teams understand stress, prevent burnout, and adopt trauma-informed practices that improve morale, retention, and productivity.
Whether your organization is front line and exposed to trauma, is navigating rapid change, addressing burnout, or striving to create a more supportive culture, my approach blends compassion with evidence-based strategies.
My goal is to help teams move beyond simply coping to truly thriving with confidence, clarity, and connection.
I believe workplaces can be healthy, resilient, compassionate, and high performing, all at the same time.
